全球音樂藝術家聯盟(Gobal Music Artists League, 簡稱GMAL)是由世界眾多傑出音樂家、教育家匯聚構建的非牟利性質音樂專業團體，註冊於香港。

全球音樂藝術家聯盟以促進全球音樂文化和教育事業發展為目標，旨在推動音樂這壹人類文化的生動載體的交流與傳播。著眼於世界音樂文化的前沿和專業水準，廣泛聯合更多優秀音樂演奏家、歌唱家、教育家、作曲家及資深音樂工作者，構建世界範圍具有權威性和影響力的國際性專業組織。並與世界著名音樂學府、權威音樂組織開展廣泛合作，共同推動全球音樂教育水平和音樂文化事業的進步。

全球音樂藝術家聯盟積極在世界各地開展國際性活動，包括舉辦國際音樂賽事、組織國際音樂學術研討活動，促進全球音樂領域的協作，加強行業交流，為全球音樂人士創造積極的音樂藝術環境。並積極為國際音樂產業打造全球音樂行業之間的互聯互助體系、謀求共同繁榮的交流平臺。

全球音樂藝術家聯盟為推動世界範圍內不同音樂文化、音樂學派流派的傳承和多元化發展，匯集了世界先進音樂文化成果，探尋與繼承世界各地民族音樂傳統，收集研究世界優秀民族及民間的音樂文化遺產。並為國際間音樂藝術事業的健康發展提供積極的導向。也為繁榮音樂創作及音樂文化推廣作出努力。

在聯合國科教文組織的引領下，通過搭建國際音樂文化交流的橋梁和紐帶，增進各國音樂家的團結和友誼，為世界音樂文化的發展做出貢獻。

同時，全球音樂藝術家聯盟也為全球音樂學子與青年演奏家創造學習、交流和展現的平臺和機會。為新生代音樂人才提供更多的事業發展機會，獲得更多的鍛煉和成長、提升才華、開闊眼界，更加積極、自信地面對音樂人生。致力於為音樂人才搭建邁向國際舞臺的橋梁，助力和引領優秀學子的音樂生涯。為人才的培養拓寬途徑，提供服務，搭建高端資源平臺。推動全球音樂教育水平發展、人類音樂素質水平提升和音樂文化傳播。
