孟德仁，师从宫廷造办处传人石醒非大师（“北京宫廷造办传统金属锻錾技艺”第二代传承人、清代末年荣和铜佛铺的继承人及北京金属工艺品厂的创始人），孟大师是当今金属锻錾技艺领域唯一一位工艺美术大师。孟大师从事金属锻錾工艺设计制作近五十年，为金属锻錾工艺传承与发展作出了毕生的精力，他在传统宫廷锻錾技艺的基础上，博采众长，大胆创新，将宫廷金艺、绘画、雕塑等不同艺术形式融会贯通，创立了“孟氏金艺”。
