Q : How did you start your career? Any setbacks?
如何开启自己的事业？遇到过什么挫折？
A: Started as a street artist painting watercolors on an island. It was the beginning of a creative career in different media. There are always highs and lows in a creative life.
Q : What have you accomplished in your career?
事业上取得什么样的成就？
A: Created different projects that have touched many people in various places in the world. KULA Hawaii, Commercial radio Hong Kong, 104 FM Select Hong Kong, China Radio International -China Mainland.
Q : Have you ever got support from female? How?
曾得到过女性的帮助吗？
A: Of course. In a variety of ways. I work well with women. Mutual respect. Lan helped design Babei, Lei helped me develop it and further advance it. And Tracy also helped design Babei images.
Q : Do you have female leader friends in your life?
在你的生活中有女性领导者朋友吗？
A: I worked with Winnie Yu in Hong Kong who is an amazing leader. And Wang Lu in Beijing. For work and friendship.
Q : What do you think about there’re less number of female leaders than male leaders?
男性领导者要远多于女性领导者，你怎么看待这个现象？
A: Perhaps it’s the nature of the world. Tradition. (传统) Or perhaps less have had the ambition（野心） to be a leader. But it is changing.
Q : What kind of female do you appreciate?
你欣赏什么样的女性？
A: Motivated, Trustworthy, understanding, creative, supportive, sexy, humorous, sensitive, intelligent, equal in many ways.
Q: What is the last romance between you and the Taiwanese writer Sanmao?
简单描述下你与作家三毛的故事？
Many people are surprised to know that shortly before she died, the writer San Mao, or "Echo" in English, was going to marry me. She wrote to Wangluobin a few weeks before she died and told him we would marry. She was older than me but we knew each other for ten years. We met in Taiwan and I last saw her in Hong Kong. （很多人一定很惊讶，三毛<英文名Echo>去世前不久是准备要嫁给我的。她去世前几周写信给王洛宾，告诉他我们要结婚了。三毛年纪比我大，我们相识十年了。我们是在台湾认识的，我最后一次见到她是在香港。）
Q : Do you have any suggestions for the female both in life and career?
对于女性，你在生活和事业上有什么建议吗？
A: Focus on being yourself and then sharing life with people. （专注做自己，与人分享你的生活）
